Elephant Breathing

Stand with your feet wide apart. Interlace your fingers in froint of you. Inhale thrugh your nose, raising your arms high above your head, like an elephant lifting up its trunk. Exhale through your mouth as you bend forward, swinging your hands down through your legs.

If you have tried some breathing before you could try this Butterfly meditation. You will need somewhere quiet to do it, maybe a grown up could do it with you. I think they will enjoy it too.
