Our Junior Infants had a wonderful time at their Book Picnic in the school hall recently. All three Junior Infant classes came together for this special event, and we were delighted to welcome parents, guardians, and grandparents who joined us to share the joy of reading.
The hall was filled with excitement as children and their families enjoyed spending time together reading a wide variety of stories. It was a lovely opportunity to celebrate a love of books and create special memories together.
A big thank you to our Senior School Choir, who sang beautifully for us and added to the wonderful atmosphere of the morning. We are very grateful to their choir leader, Ms. Kelly, for preparing the choir so well.
We would also like to thank all the family members who attended and supported the children. Your presence helped make the event such a success.
Finally, a very special thank you to Ms. Eileen Harte, our Home School Community Liaison teacher. As Ms. Harte comes to the end of her five years in the role, we would like to acknowledge the fantastic work she has done for our school community. Her dedication, support, and commitment to our pupils and families have made a lasting impact, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she has done.
