Today was a very special day in the St. Philip's Junior School. Not only did the Junior Infants have the opportunity to show how much they have grown since September by presenting their very first assembly, but the whole school community got to celebrate Ms. O'Sullivan before she retires on Friday. The children in Junior Infants made their teachers and the school so proud with their wonderful singing and reciting of poems, while the other year groups joined in with lovely memories and a fabulous acrostic poem all about Ms. O'Sullivan and the legacy she leaves in the school after 23 years. Well done to all the boys and girls in Junior Infants on all their hard work throughout the year, today was the icing on the cake! And wishing Ms. O' Sullivan many happy and sunny days in the new adventures to come, we will miss you greatly.
